Returns Overview
If you’re not satisfied, neither are we.
SPEED BEEZ® branded products come with a 1-year return window, so you have plenty of time to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
Return Timeframes
SPEED BEEZ® Branded Products
- Eligible for return within 1 year of purchase
Other Brands (Galco, Fobus, CR Speed, LTA, etc.)
- Must be unused and unopened
- Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery
Holiday Extended Returns
- Orders placed between November 1 – December 31
- Eligible for return through January 31
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Include as much of the original paperwork as possible
- Items must meet the applicable return timeframe
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original purchaser
- A full refund will be issued once the return is received and approved
Additional Notes:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but the return drops the order total below $100, the refund will be reduced by a shipping cost of $8.95
- Refunds to credit cards must be processed within 90 days to the original payment method

Attention international customers: Taxes and/or duties are not included in shipping costs, and may be applied upon the arrival of your package.
When?
99.9% of all orders go out in 24 hours or less (Monday – Friday). When you check out you may select a variety of shipping options including next day services.
Sorry we don’t offer any local pick-up.
Returns
If your not happy, we’re not happy so you have a full year to decide if you’re pleased with any SPEED BEEZ® Branded product. All other product brands (Galco, Fobus, CR Speed, LTA, etc.) you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.
Here’s what we mean by SPEED BEEZ® branded: Anything we make with our name on it.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window.
If you do need to return something to us, please include as much of the original paperwork as possible, to help us get the ball rolling, and let us know if you prefer an exchange or a merchandise credit. If you would rather receive a refund, we are happy to oblige. Refunds to credit cards must be made within 90 days to the exact card used for the original purchase. Original shipping costs are excluded from refunds. Orders that originally received free shipping, but which drop below $100 in value as the result of a return will be refunded the price of the returned product minus an $8.95 shipping charge.
