Shipping Overview

Shipping time includes order processing + carrier delivery time.

  • Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
  • You will receive tracking information after your order ships

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST generally ship the next business day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST generally ship within 2 business days
  • If processing is delayed beyond 2–3 days, we will notify you within 48 hours

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has shipped and are based on business days (Monday–Friday).

Standard Shipping (UPS & USPS Ground)

  • Flat rate: $5.95 (USA)
  • Free on orders over $100
  • Delivery typically within 3–10 business days


UPS Next Business Day Air Saver

  • Delivery in 1 business day (Monday–Friday)
  • Example: Ships Thursday → Delivered Friday


UPS 2nd Day Air

  • Delivery in 2 business days (Monday–Friday)


Examples:

  • Ships Monday → Delivered Wednesday
  • Ships Thursday → Delivered Monday
  • Ships Friday → Delivered Tuesday

Important Shipping Notes

  • Shipping timelines are based on business days only (Monday–Friday)
  • The day your order ships is not counted as a transit day
  • Orders shipped later in the week will be delivered the following week
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to carrier delays (weather, volume, etc.)

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

International Shipping

  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars
  • Shipping typically starts around $9.99, with most orders averaging $20.00
  • International orders may require 3–5 additional business days for processing
  • Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 for destinations in the USA! Shipping rates start at about $9.99 for international orders, though most international orders average about $20.00 for shipping.
  • All domestic orders $100 and over qualify for free standard shipping via Ground (UPS & USPS).  
  • Orders placed by 12 Noon MST will generally ship on the next business day.  Orders placed after 12 Noon MST will generally ship the 2nd business day.  We will notify customers via email within 48 hours of any shipping delays beyond 2-3 days and will attempt to make alternate arrangements if possible. We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to shippers’ irregularities, i.e.ad weather.
  • P.O. Box Shipping:  Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Shipping Method Explanation:  Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Fast Standard Shipping:  Delivery typically in three to ten business days.
  • Second Day:  Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.
  • Next Day:  Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday.
  • Qualifying orders must select free ground shipping at checkout to receive free shipping.  

A shipping confirmation email including tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.  For example, if you place an order on Monday and we ship it Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information that evening or the following morning.  Most orders will be shipped via UPS and USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.  International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
