How to use without the speed-block: to load, simply place the round in the loader and push past the spring to hold it in place. Do this for each round until the loader is full. To load the Smith & Wesson® 617™ 10-shot, open the cylinder, line up rounds with the holes, push to release the rounds, and you’re ready to go. 

How to use with the speed-block: Using one of our speed-blocks, a simple push down on the base of the speed-loader secures the rounds from the speed-block into the speed-loader. Now, simply transfer the rounds to the cylinder push to release and your empty chambers are full.
